USDiscovery centralizes a vehicle import operation into a single platform: aggregating auction data, giving users fast search across a huge inventory, and supporting the workflows the business runs every day — from first inquiry to delivery.
The problem
Before the platform, the vehicle import process relied heavily on manual communication, scattered WhatsApp and email threads, Excel-based tracking, and repetitive offer handling. This created operational chaos, slowed down customer service, and limited the company's ability to scale.
Project goals
The goal was to centralize the process, reduce manual work, give customers more self-service capabilities, and allow the business to handle more volume without increasing the operational team at the same rate.
The solution
We designed and built a complete operational platform with auction data aggregation, search, customer workflows, admin tools, bidding-related processes, notifications, and large-scale media handling.
Technical focus
The platform ingests and normalizes large volumes of auction data and media, keeps listings searchable and responsive at scale, and is structured so new data sources and workflows can be added without rebuilding the core.
